Following a public consultation, a site wide masterplan has been adopted by West Suffolk Council. Jaynic is pursuing a detailed planning permission for a new road and significant employment development.
Jaynic has sold 69 acres to Copart, subject to planning and infrastructure delivery, for use as a vehicle storage and processing centre. A professional team has been assembled and an EIA / planning application will be submitted in Q3 2022.
A further 10 acres will be available for the development of new buildings of up to 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sq m) on a turnkey basis (subject to planning).
