Jaynic owns the freehold of this 91 acre former airfield site. We intend to secure a site-wide Masterplan, followed by a planning application that will enable development of the site in line with its employment allocation in the West Suffolk Local Plan.

The development will include opportunities for small businesses, as well as larger plots capable of accommodating more substantial buildings. Initial enabling works will include significant local highways improvements, serving both the new development itself, but also providing an alternative route for HGV’s and other commercial traffic to reach the A143 without navigating through the narrow streets of Stanton village.
