Jaynic is always looking for land to promote through the planning system on which to bring forward development.

Jaynic work with a diverse range of landowners including individuals, families, other property companies, public sector, private businesses (for whom land is a by-product of their principle trading activity), farmers and educational establishments.  

We:-

We promote land in a variety of ways to suit the requirement of the landowner, tailoring arrangements to suit the party and the project. On major sites we often operate in a joint venture agreement as the promoter and developer. We will purchase land outright, unconditional on planning. Transactions though are often conditional on planning as this de-risks the purchase for us and enables a higher purchase price to be paid.
