Jaynic are acting as land promoter on this 40.5 acre site located west of Cambridge on the A14 (Jn24) Swavesey Junction, adjacent to the Cambridge Extra Services.

We are promoting the whole site for B2 General Industrial and B8 Storage & Distribution, together with ancillary supporting uses.  Work has begun on the new Greater Cambridge Local Plan and we hope to see this site contribute towards meeting the employment land needs of the area.
