The first occupier is The Range, whose best in class, sustainable logistics unit of 1.18m sq ft was completed in November 2023 and is currently being fitted out for occupation later in 2024.

We have also agreed a pre-sale of a 44,000 sq ft building to a major supplier of eco-friendly building materials, subject to planning.

Assan Panel is locating its first UK manufacturing facility to Gateway 14. A detailed planning application has been submitted for a 86,565 sq ft building.

LAND PROMOTION

Jaynic has obtained outline planning consent for up to 2.36m sq ft of office, R&D, manufacturing, logistics and industrial space as well as associated infrastructure and structural landscaping works.
