Working in partnership with our joint owners EACH (East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices), Jaynic will be leading the promotion of this 69 acre site through the emerging Babergh and Mid Suffolk Joint Local Plan. Through engagement with the Council and local stakeholders, we hope to deliver a new residential-led development, including affordable housing and supporting services and amenities.
