Jaynic has a promotion agreement on a 10.5 hectare site off Brighton Road, Horsham, located on the south east of the town. Following representations submitted to the emerging Local Plan, the entire site has been identified in the Horsham District Local Plan as a residential allocation for approximately 100 dwellings. Horsham District Council submitted their Local Plan to the Secretary of State in July 2024 and the examination is due to start in the coming months. The scheme will be delivered in the emerging Local Plan period.
