Working with the family owners, Jaynic is promoting 10 hectares (c.25 acres) of land off of the Brighton Road, on the south eastern side of Horsham. Following earlier representations made to the emerging Horsham District Local Plan, the entire site benefits from a draft residential allocation for a minimum of 100 dwellings. Horsham District Council submitted their Local Plan to the Secretary of State in July 2024 and the examination is due to commence in the coming months. We are currently undertaking initial surveys and investigations to support a future planning application with a view to the scheme being delivered early on in the emerging Local Plan period.
