Gateway 14, the new 2.36m sq ft innovation, business and logistics park adjacent to Junction 50 of the A14 at Stowmarket has a new website and brochure reflecting the rapid progress being made on the project. https://gateway14.com/
The park is being developed by Gateway 14 Ltd together with development partner Jaynic who have already contracted with home, leisure and garden retailer The Range to build it a 1.2m sq ft logistics unit that is already under construction. At the same time it has recently completed the main infrastructure works including the opening of the estate road ‘Gateway Boulevard’.
Part of Freeport East – a new low tax, low regulation zone – the mixed-use park will comprise 156 acres of high-specification space for a wide range of uses, with potential to build E(g), B2 and B8 units ranging from 20,000 to 1 million sq ft.
Designed to meet today’s business needs whilst preparing for the future, the scheme will feature high-quality landscaping with an enhanced biodiversity zone, to retain the site’s thriving ecology whilst creating a vibrant, attractive and healthy working environment including footpaths, cycling and fitness opportunities for employees.
With a typical delivery time of nine months, units at Gateway 14 will be built to suit individual business needs.
