Following a competitive tender, Jaynic was selected to promote this significant 270 acre site in southeast Bury St Edmunds. The land is very well positioned to accommodate future growth in the town and early site assessments indicate capacity for a residential-led mixed use scheme in excess of 1,400 private and affordable dwellings, together with supporting facilities, amenities and employment opportunities.

The potential of the site was recognised through the most recent Local Plan review process, and we look forward to working with West Suffolk Council and local stakeholders in the near future, in anticipation of promoting the site through a subsequent review.
