Outcome / Achievements

The site required significant enabling works to fully remediate the land, create the development platforms, site drainage and infrastructure. The works also included a new roundabout on the A10.

Following completion of these works, the team developed 83,000 sq.ft. of offices following pre-lets to NTL and Diomed.
