Overview

The speculative development of two new warehouses was completed November 2018.

The BREEAM excellent development has a 12.5 m clear height, 50m deep service yards, level access and dock loading together with ancillary offices.

These units are the first to be constructed on the 114-acre park that has planning consent for 2m sq ft.

SP206 available immediately

Unit SP206 providing 206,491 sq ft is available for immediate occupation.

SP147 the smaller of the two warehouses at 147,636 sq ft (13,716 sq m) was let to Unipart Group Ltd on a 25yr lease representing the largest letting in Bury St Edmunds for 10 years. In July 2019 the investment was sold to The Charities Property Fund.

SP147 Investment Sold

In July 2019, JAYNIC sold its SP147 logistics warehouse investment at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk to The Charities Property Fund, managed by SavillsIM.

The 147,000 sq ft unit has been let to Unipart on a 25-year lease, believed to be the largest letting deal in the town for almost 10 years.
