Managing Director
Nicola has a degree in marketing and has worked in the commercial property industry since 2002. She worked at Carter Jonas for 10 years before joining Jaynic in 2018 after a short career break.
Office & Marketing Manager
Ben has spent over 30 years involved in the commercial property sector, latterly as an equity partner of Carter Jonas. His extensive experience includes commercial agency, development, investment and strategic asset management.
Development Director
Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years property advisory and development experience, having previously worked for CBRE, Bidwells and Carisbrooke Investments. Having been part of the Jaynic team since its inception, Andrew has managed the planning and brokerage of commercial and residential development projects across the UK.
Director
Jason has previously worked for some of the country's leading contractors and developers including Bowmer and Kirkland, Regal Homes and Kier, managing numerous design and build contracts from inception through to successful completion and handover.
Construction Director
Dee has over 35 years experience in her field. She qualified at 20th Century Fox and then set up on her own. For the last 20 years she has worked with Nic, firstly at Carisbrooke and then at Jaynic.
Finance
Rachael is a chartered town planner with over 6 years experience. She has previous experience in both consultancy and client side roles having previously worked at Savills, Barratt David Wilson and Bloor Homes. She has led on major projects in residential, education and commercial sectors.
Senior Planning Manager
Paul has over 40 years’ experience in Town Planning, with extensive spells in both the public and private sector, latterly as Director and Head of Planning in Strutt & Parker’s Cambridge office.
Planning Director
Joe has over 15 years of commercial management experience in many different sectors of the construction industry. Joe has been involved with managing numerous design and build contracts from inception through to successful completion and handover for a tier 1 main contractor.
Senior Commercial Manager
Suzanne has over 15 years’ experience working as an administrator in the agricultural industry. After returning from overseas, she has worked in the construction industry.
